Here I will discuss the rarity of the different tiers. Meaning the likelihood that your character will run across one of these, and the likelihood that your character will evolve to the next Tier Stage. I will put a rating by each character such as this: 50/100 to show the percentage of said creature in ratio to the population of infected/noninfected as a whole. This should help to clarify.
